We may also record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase as well as customer traffic patterns and site use. Aside from product orders, we primarily collect your name and email address when you optin to any of our mailing lists.

We may also use software tools to measure and collect session information, length of visits to certain pages, repeat visits and page interaction information (such as clicks). Your information will never be sold.

To help us make our email newsletter more useful and interesting for our customers we attempt to receive a confirmation when you open and click on email newsletters from us (if your email software/service supports this option). If you no longer wish to receive email newsletters, please notify us using the links provided in each newsletter.

HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION
Your information is stored securely in computers owned by the companies we use for web hosting and web services such as email transmission and our CRM system. We may also keep local copies of some data, which may include financial transaction data, as part of our day to day operations. We’d keep local copies of our mailing list, for example, to recover in the event of a server crash. If you email us financial data (please don’t) this data would sit on our local computing equipment until deleted.

WHO ELSE MAY SEE YOUR DATA
In order to complete your order we may need to disclose some of your information to our delivery partners such as for physical product fulfillment. We also use third party service providers to help us run our membership sites (as an example), so if you sign up for our online training these third party companies may have access to partial data including your name and email address.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
We primarily use email and social media for marketing communication. We only want to send you email if you want to get our email, and we care about adding value to your life. When you purchase products from us we may invite you to join a customer email list. We also maintain free mailing lists for interested visitors who we hope to turn into customers.  We will send out marketing information by email and all of our emails have an unsubscribe link a the bottom, should you change your mind and prefer to opt-out. We use a third party service to manage our marketing email, and your data is securely stored on their servers. We may also use your data to target advertising towards you on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Google (including YouTube) and others including services that may come into existence after we publish this privacy policy.
